I am using red light to heal my scars due to acne and as part of my skin care routine. It does help me with headaches too just like evelyn! I initially did not notice that it helps with headaches and body pain as I am not taking any medicine for it but as time goes by I feel energized and less pain. I am using my red light for 2 months now.
