I’m curious, I’ve read somewhere that red is more into anti-aging and blue is for skin treatment right?
I’m using it for relaxation and to lower my blood pressure.

We’re using the red light therapy before bed and we’re enjoying the benefits of it. I sometimes use the blue but it makes me more awake.
I think, blue’s benefit is more into skin treatment and red is more into anti-aging.

I also see a lot of improvements of continuously using this therapy. Specially on my sleep and my skin.
@CoryBabe – for skin treatments I think you may want to try the blue light therapy as it’s more on skin treatments.

I also agree with that haha as an old person I can’t deny that I’m enjoying the benefits of red light therapy specially the hair loss part. Really??? you can use it to your pets? wow! this is really new to me haha good thing is I checked this thread. I thought animals doesn’t like any radiations from any gadgets. I’ll be using this to my dogs then. Thanks for sharing!
