I came across a blog post that talked about the effect of near-infrared light for anti-aging and wrinkle treatments. Can anyone point me to any research paper that has been done to confirm this?

    Best…

I see you’ve gotten no reply to your question. I will share with you some links here as soon as I find them. there are research and clinical trials done already to show how near-infrared therapy affects aging.

    Links on the way

Wow. I guess that’s why some of my close friends who I just saw a couple of days ago said that I am glowing and look like I am not aging at all. I am using the red light only to help me sleep better. Now I know that it can also help with anti-aging.

Hi guys, Honey here. I am still using my red light as part of my skin care routine. A friend of mine said that it will be better if I add blue light with red light. You think that is a good idea?

Well, based on the comments here I guess red light really does help with anti-aging though as far as I know when it comes to skin care a few precautions or rules are needed to be followed just like distance to the light and other stuff. Correct me if I am wrong.

CutiePie, yeah. I am following the 6inches distance from the lamp to my body and I am also avoiding putting moisturizer on my body and face before i do RLT.

According to my friend, Red light therapy can help solve skin issues like wrinkles, skin conditions and scars, is this true? I just want to know before trying this.

Consistency and proper use is key for effective red light therapy. For optimal results with a high-quality, LED-based device, follow these basics for general wellness benefits: • Position yourself about 6 inches from the device • Expose your skin for best results • Approximately 10-minute treatment times per coverage area • Daily use is ideal • Any time of day

I’ve been hearing a lot of people talking about anti-aging because of using the RLT. I saw this article that explain everything. Red Light Therapy: Anti-Aging Secret Weapon

Acutally, I’m also using RLT and I can tell that yes it can rejuvenate your skin and reduce wrinkles.

My husband doesn’t like to use RLT. Can you give me some advice how can I convince him on using RLT? I want him to benefit from it too..
