I think the infrared sauna treatment is a great idea! Your skin will look firmer and it will increase your blood flow..
But sone things to bare in mind;
1.Avoid alcohol during treatment period.
2. Keep hydrated and charged as you will be loosing huge amounts due to sweating.
3.Keep a thermometer near by to avoid over heating yourself.
4.Do not do treatment if you have been injured under 48 hrs (a fracture, wound, etc)as this might worsen.
