@kimmy123 also the reason why you need to choose carefully what type of light you will use and read how it can affect you indirectly and directly.
November 2, 2020 at 1:16 pm #1189marjorie1969ParticipantI tried some NIR bulbs before I tried RubyLux, and I say that I am more impressed with what RubyLux’s doing to me than the other brands I used before.
November 2, 2020 at 4:47 pm #1206MarianneParticipantYou are all welcome. I am always browsing rubylux’s website to see more info about the products. A very great read by the way!
November 3, 2020 at 3:57 pm #1236mhariediveParticipantI also agree with this, I’m also using this rubylux for a very long time and it’s working really great. So far I’m not seeing any bad effects on it.
November 4, 2020 at 1:57 pm #1279HoneyParticipantAs i check, on the rubylux’s bulb description. It states that it does not emit harmful UVs. does that mean it does still emit UV it’s just that it is not harmful? Sorry I am confused.
November 4, 2020 at 5:27 pm #1305mariedithParticipantGreat read again. Lol. I was not active for a few weeks and a lot has happened in this forum and I am learning new things on each thread I love it!
November 5, 2020 at 6:06 pm #1353ReneeParticipantThis is totally true! I am using rubylux ever since I started this therapy and I love the quality and the results. I’m actually recommending this to my friends.
November 6, 2020 at 4:53 pm #1369MrsJulyParticipant@mariedith I am new and I am enjoying things here. A lot of discussion. I wished I discovered it earlier though.
November 7, 2020 at 2:32 am #1419JaneDanParticipant@MrsJuly I am not new but I was rarely active and reading about this makes me relaxed about using it regularly.
November 9, 2020 at 9:15 pm #1467NicholaParticipantI agree with using sunblock as an extra protection not just from the sun but the rays the RLT emits.
November 10, 2020 at 7:24 pm #1478bigmommaParticipantplease enlighten an old lady. How come the sun have UV rays and it can be harmful but the RLT does not have any harmful UV rays?
November 12, 2020 at 3:06 pm #1486RosieeParticipant@bigmomma – Red light therapy is not the same as the light coming from the sun, it is using a low levels of heat that doesn’t hurt and burn our skin.
November 13, 2020 at 12:25 pm #1547HoneyParticipantActually, Red light has a photoprotective effect on the skin. It can act as a sunscreen.
November 14, 2020 at 5:47 am #1614November 15, 2020 at 7:05 am #1649ReneeParticipantI love how the conversation is going on this thread!
I’m both in support of the sun and support of photobiomodulation therapy.
I have heard great things about RubyLight products but I have yet to try them out, will definitely put them on my list when the hospital gives the go signal -
