Hmm I’ll also agree with this. Before when I’m having a sleeping problem I’m always depressed. But, when I started using the red light I’m more relaxed when I woke up and more good night sleep.
November 3, 2020 at 4:15 pm #1240NicholaParticipantI do not have depression though I have problems with my immune system hence using RLT. But I see the effects you are all having is happening to me too. Before RLT i tend to be always tired and feel down because of it. Now I feel energized and happy. My sleeping patterns are not disturbed too.
November 4, 2020 at 8:40 pm #1324RosieeParticipantHi, I’d like to say thank you for all the people who responded to my inquiry. I’m not expecting someone will reply to my question.
November 6, 2020 at 8:25 pm #1408rafrafrafraf001ParticipantI just want to add, if you’re having some depression problems. Then, you may try the green light therapy. It can help you to relax and it can reduce some redness on your skin. Just don’t use it directly to your eyes because it might hurt you.
November 9, 2020 at 7:55 pm #1455MarshaScottParticipantI totally agree with @rafrafrafraf001, green light can help you on relaxations.
November 9, 2020 at 8:24 pm #1459JenniferLeeParticipantI believe it does help with depression too. I have a dog who’s anxiety is always triggered by small things, when he was exposed to me using the RLT, he now more calm and relax.
November 12, 2020 at 5:24 pm #1509floatronieParticipantYes that’s true. green light is more into treating depression because of the benefits of relaxation.
November 12, 2020 at 7:32 pm #1521triisha001ParticipantOh really? But red light can also treat depression right?
November 12, 2020 at 9:08 pm #1539MarkusParticipantI agree with the green light to treat depression and also help you to calm down or to relax your mind.
