In theory, Low-level laser therapy β also referred to as red light therapy and cold laser therapy β irradiates photons into scalp tissues. These photons are absorbed by weak cells to encourage hair growth.
Itβs widely accepted that the procedure is safe, tolerable, and less invasive than hair transplant surgery.

October 26, 2020 at 6:48 pm #1100JenniferLeeParticipantRed light has proven to help both women and men with various conditions to regrow hair and even thicken the diameter of individual hair strands. Near-infrared and red light therapy has proven to help women with alopecia to significantly regrow and thicken hair.
October 26, 2020 at 7:52 pm #1105Loveyou3000ParticipantI see, i think I will do the same @paupau001 though I am not living with my parents. I might tell them about it when I visit them during the holidays.
October 28, 2020 at 11:40 am #1128misspurpleParticipantWhat do you mean hair loss? Like alopecia or just typical girl in a monthly period hair loss? sorry for my lack of description. π
October 28, 2020 at 8:29 pm #1153SuzyLouParticipant@misspurple yes, I guess they are talking about the regular hair fall for women and balding for men.
October 28, 2020 at 8:35 pm #1154NIKKIGALParticipant@misspurple red light can also help with alopecia. It does minimize hair loss and scalp irritation.
October 29, 2020 at 6:53 pm #1169masterpopoParticipantThank u so much for those articles. as I read, meaning i do not need any additional product to help with my hair loss. Just some daily sessions that will last for a few months. I can do that.
November 2, 2020 at 1:59 pm #1191PinkCometParticipant@DefianceLulu there’s a lot out there in the market. Actually, I saw a video wherein an old man created his own RLT helmet. I will try to look it up or search it on YouTube. I forgot where I saw that.
November 3, 2020 at 5:15 pm #1251ron_ron_jonParticipantI’m very excited to start doing this therapy because of hair loss treatment. I’m still new here and been looking for some information about this.
November 3, 2020 at 5:57 pm #1261masterpopoParticipantI’ve been trying this for a couple of days now. I do not think it will work with what I have. I think I might need something more designed for this kind of treatment. Though I am not saying it is not effective it’s just been days..
November 4, 2020 at 7:06 pm #1315Kathleenleen001ParticipantHi @masterpopo you’ll see the improvements if you continue on using this therapy specially on your mood and sleeping problems.
November 6, 2020 at 7:00 pm #1393Justine CharlesParticipantI also agree with that, as I’ve been using this continuously I can see the results. You’ll see the results on the 3rd to 5th week.
November 12, 2020 at 3:27 pm #1493RosieeParticipantYes, it’s actually treating hair density, and hair thickness for men and women alike.
November 13, 2020 at 8:48 pm #1583marklesterer01ParticipantYes, this is true, it has also been used to reduce hair loss for both men and women.
