RLT and NIR can really cure and helps with a lot of things including as an anti-aging treatment or routine. This is why I am glad that I was introduced to this kind of therapy early. Helps me physically be prepared when the time I am old and frail 🙂
I agree with that @CutiePie03 like some people are using the green light before bed time. But, it won’t help you to fall asleep. Because green light can boost your energy, it can help you to relax but not to fall asleep.
This therapy is fantastic for anti aging and I can prove that based on my experienced on using this. It can help you to relax a lot and to your sleeping problem so no doubt that it’s good for as anti-aging.
