near-infrared and red light therapy are incredibly powerful tools you can use to dramatically enhance your health. As I said at the beginning of this book, if there were a drug that had scientific research showing all these benefits, it would be an absolute blockbuster drug for pharmaceutical companies – it would be hailed as a “miracle drug” and prescribed to basically everyone.

Hi lovely ladies and gentlemen. I just want to ask. Did you guys consult your doctor or did your doctor recommended for you to try RLT before buying it or you just made the decision all by yourself and did what you have to do? Not that I am saying it is bad. I am just curious as how many was recommended by it.

In my opinion. if you encountered some side effects you better consult your doctor first. But, it’s really rare to have some side effects. I’ve been using this therapy for quiet some time now and I don’t see any bad effects.

Hi @hilaryfairy I think blue is more into skin treatment like acne while red is more into anti aging and other stuffs.

Yes that is true, blue is more into skin treatments. It’s treating some skin bacteria and to prevent skin cancer.
