Hello Cynthia,
Depending on your skin type and the goals you are trying to achieve, it is generally advised to limit your therapy to 3-5 per week for a a range of 10 to 15 minutes each. You need understand that you may not get immediate improvements on your first few, but keep at it!. You will gradually see results and be able to adjust the amount of therapies you need.
Red light therapy is very safe, using rubylux has been great for me so far. Go get your skin some princess sparkles…
I hope this helps?.
AnonymousInactiveHey Maxine,
I think the infrared sauna treatment is a great idea! Your skin will look firmer and it will increase your blood flow..
But sone things to bare in mind;1.Avoid alcohol during treatment period.
2. Keep hydrated and charged as you will be loosing huge amounts due to sweating.
3.Keep a thermometer near by to avoid over heating yourself.
4.Do not do treatment if you have been injured under 48 hrs (a fracture, wound, etc)as this might worsen.
I hope this helped…cynthiaParticipantI have a cousin who saw improvements while using Rubylux. It definitely helped on her journey to ditch cellulite. It’d be great to understand how red light helps in treating cellulite!
Looking forward to someone giving an answer to this question. Definitely looking forward to taking full advantage of red light therapy (I already use this once in a while).

AnonymousInactiveI have been using RubyLux Near Infrared bulb for some time now on my face and on legs for cellulite. I have started to see a difference after 2-3 weeks. I have fine lines around my lips, from smiling too much, lol. They are definitely less visible. Also my legs look smoother. I have been using it for 3 months a few times a week. It is much cheaper than a sallon solution and I can do it when kids are napping, which is awesome.
AnonymousInactiveHey Kadine,
I am using one of the goggles in the link below but you can also use any glasses that protect from laser light. Those are usually a little more expensive. Hope that helps.
