    Hi Anna K,

I have acne scars too but not on my back though, I had a lot on my face. And I can say that red light therapy really helps. Just make sure when you are going to use red light you will remove your make up and moisturizers. I hope this helps.

    Hi Grace,

thank you for sharing that. I will make sure to let my Auntie know about this she is trying to get rid of her cellulites. I am sure she will be happy that red light can help her with that too as I was always recommending red light therapy for her.

    Grace,

same as mariedith. I am using it initially as a part of skin care but as time goes by it helped me with my scars in my body too and helps me relax and sleep well. I read that red light also reduces hair loss and is beneficial for pets too. I never thought buying this red light has a lot of benefits.

It helps me sleep well, after using the red light I feel relaxed. That’s why mostly I am using it when I wake up and before going to bed as it helps me soothe my body. I guess that is why it is helping my immune system because I sleep better nowadays than those days that I am not using my red light. I just wish RubyLux can come up with something portable so when I travel for work I can bring it with me.

I use mine daily. I do not have strict schedule that I am following when using it. I just use it once for morning and before going to sleep. anytime of the day is alright. And there are no set rules on how much light to use. Red light therapy is generally considered safe and effective when used regularly.
