NIKKIGALParticipant
I really hate mosquitoes. I hope red light can at least minimize their appearance.
NIKKIGALParticipantI am actually not sure why RubyLux is not that popular even though it is cheap for it’s quality. I loved it and I think everybody will too
NIKKIGALParticipantI guess it all depends on your body type and also what medications are you taking. it is best if you will ask your doctor about it and what he will say.
NIKKIGALParticipantI didn’t know RLT can do that. Can you share a cool article about this please?
NIKKIGALParticipant@Renee what are you going to use it for in the hospital? <3 i am hoping for your fast recovery.
NIKKIGALParticipantMe too, I cannot fathom how you feel especially now that there are protocols that need to be followed whenever we go outside because of this pandemic.
NIKKIGALParticipantYa ron ron jon. it actually depends on circumstances. E.g of this circumstances are how you use it. where you use it and what for and also your body type. health condition may also be a factor.
NIKKIGALParticipant@catherine while that might work for some, this might not work for some too. So it’s all trial and error. You know your skin type better than anyone else anyway so do whatever is comfortable for you all girls and guys.
NIKKIGALParticipant@ron_ron_jon that’s what I read too before I use green tea toner/serum on my face prior rlt 🙂

NIKKIGALParticipant@paupauu001 I am originally using green tea toner or serum after I use RLT on my face. It helps my skin recover.

October 28, 2020 at 8:54 pm in reply to: Is infrared light therapy only good for my body? or can I use for my pet? #1156NIKKIGALParticipantA lot of pet lovers <3 so great to know that you are also thinking about your pets’ welfare and to think that you will share the experience of RLT to them.
October 28, 2020 at 8:47 pm in reply to: Is infrared light good for my kid who is very sport active? #1155NIKKIGALParticipantOhh I see, so athletes uses the RLT for muscle/body pain that’s why I guess it is popular in that field. I also read that it helps with minor injuries and bruises too.
