Red light therapy can be a healthy and safe tool for weight loss and for minimizing the appearance of cellulite. You can target problem areas with small low-level laser panels, or even combine several large panels for whole-body fat reduction.

mariedithParticipantBut isn’t Joovv too expensive? I mean they work exactly the same as others and specs are the same too. Before buying my device now, I am planning to buy Joovv but decided not to because it is too expensive.

How Does Red Light Therapy Restore More Healthy Cellular Function in the Eyes?
mariedithParticipantPlease let me know how it turns out for you. Can you tell me who recommend for you to use red light for your depression? If you do not mind at all though.
mariedithParticipantWow I never knew a lot have been using this for skin care too just like me… can you recommend me a good lotion and other cream that I can use to increase the results of my red light skin care?
mariedithParticipantGood day to you Rosiee!
I am no expert when it comes to science… but both have their pros and cons. Red light can protect you with potential harm of sunlight while improving your mood and calming yourself for your mental health. However, red light cannot provide you with Vitamin D for your skin, which the morning sun naturally stimulate…
You can always try and I suggest what me and my husband is doing… We use the red light during sunrise every morning and during sunset every evening.
I hope I answered your question.
mariedithParticipantMarianne, welcome to the red light therapy community. If you don’t mind me asking. What product are you started using? I am an old lady, but not to old to be called a granny. Me and my husband are sharing this therapy and planning to buy a second one… I just want you to know that it is great that you started taking care of yourself young (if you are, no offense.). It is good for skin’s elasticity and it gives glow to both me and my husband’s mood. Tell us about your journey…
mariedithParticipantOh I see, I guess I have to replace my kids’ light bulbs for nighttime to red bulbs for them to be well rested and have enough sleep, specially these days they are always in front of the computer because classes are all done virtually. Thank you for suggesting it to me Rosiee! I will get back here to let you know if my kids sleep will get better and they’ll feel more energized.
mariedithParticipantHi grace peach, I am using my NIR as a part of skin care because I am prone to acne even at my age (sad to say) it helped me reduce acne marks. I also read a comment in this forum that kids can benefit with red light too. I am considering getting a new one for my kids’ room.
mariedithParticipantHi drew, I noticed your comment about it being beneficial for kids too, can you tell me more about it? I have two kids and sharing your experience will help me decide if I should use the red light for my kids’ room as well. 🙂
