I agree with all of the things they have said. You should try to do things you don’t normally do you might get a new hobby and love it!

Not only can it improve the thyroid, but the photon light is also helpful to balance out harmful EMF levels that we all come in contact with on a daily basis from our computers, phones, wifi, tablets, etc. Science has shown near-infrared light therapy to be one of the most effective approaches to aid the body in healing itself from the type of mitochondrial dysfunction caused by EMF.

To sum things up, red light therapy can help increase T4 production, reduce TPO antibodies, reduce inflammation, improve thyroid function, and balance EMF levels. How amazing is that?!

when setting up a sauna, I think you should remember some important details like; Light therapy may trigger mania in some people with bipolar disorder, so get advice from your doctor before starting light therapy. Some people claim that tanning beds help ease seasonal affective disorder symptoms. But this hasn’t been proved to work. The UV light released by tanning beds can damage your skin and greatly increase your risk of skin cancer. When side effects do occur, they may go away on their own within a few days of starting light therapy. You also may be able to manage side effects by reducing treatment time, moving farther from your light box, taking breaks during long sessions or changing the time of day you use light therapy.

Nikki! Correct! You should not just rely on RLT as it needs daily use and a lot of session before we see results unlike if we pair it to being fit and healthy, it will not just increase the potential benefits, we can also see better and faster results!

Yeah, I also read that some RLT users are using it to help lessen muscular and joint pains, so that will help active kids and even adults.
