    Indirectly, I think near-infrared light can help people recover/ reduce the effect of infection since stronger immunity is also a product of infrared light therapy. One of the core reasons why the older populations are more prone to serious/critical states when infected is due to low immunity.

    Hello Grace,

    Thanks for the replies you have given. They are very useful. I am presently seeing changes using light therapy. And yu are right, it is a gradual process.

    Hi Emiko,
    I think we are in the same boat, I was advised to use light therapy by a friend, although my own case happens to be acne.

    Generally, I see light therapy as a solution to many skin and facial issue. Hope you get the response you are hoping for.
