RubyLux Near Infrared Bulb is awesome for pain. I use it in my home sauna as well as for my back pain. 15 min session helps me a lot with the pain. I did some research before buying it and came across NovoThor Near Infrared Bed which is used by may athletes and football teams. It costs $140,000. I know right?!? I wished I had money like that. Those bulbs have same result for fraction of the cost. Highly recommend for your athlete. Best of luck

I do it 5 days per week.
Sometimes, more than once a day.

I have seen improvements after 14 days of use.
Some may see it earlier while others later.

It’s a gradual process, just stick to doing it and follow best practices

This is a Big No! Grace has said it all, UVA rays are not part of the therapy.

I only started using nir light therapy 15 days back, but I have tons of friends who have been using it for many years already.

    Emiko-hime,
    It will work for you.
I have used rubylux nir bulbs on a three lamp hold stand for 2 weeks now and I am glad I chose to put my faith in light therapy. However, you do have to take care of yourself and work on your stress level too.

Interestingly, I found myself to be more psychologically stable after I started using this therapy. And viola, other people mentioned that light therapy helps them with their stress level.

    Try it emiko….

    Hi emiko-hime,

I do understand your needs. I was in similar condition a few years, I looked older than I actually was and I decided to make a change in caring for my body. I’ve had a great run ever since discovering light therapy, particularly red light therapy.

The skin is our beauty source, and in order to revert any aging effects, you need to not only treat yourself with red light therapy, but also embrace a great positive mindset.

Red light will work for you. Whether it be wrinkles, fine lines and aging effects, red light will have a huge impact. I am saying all these from my own personal experience and from research/clinical trials that has been done over time.

    Stay Beautiful!
    Grace.

I am really sorry about that!. Must have skipped that line.
Personally, and factually, you will get the best benefits using both therapies. Blue light is known for killing acne-causing bacteria by creating oxygen molecules.

However, where red light comes to play is for its healing and anti-inflammation property. Red light heals up acne faster and helps you in a multi-purpose way.

So, I say, get both!. Don’t miss out on the red!.

    Stay Beautiful!.
    Grace.

    Hi Emiko,
I think we are in the same boat, I was advised to use light therapy by a friend, although my own case happens to be acne.

Generally, I see light therapy as a solution to many skin and facial issue. Hope you get the response you are hoping for.

    Best!.

    Hi Grace,

I appreciate your help and I hope to hear from you. Thanks!

As a follow up to my comment, fine lines may take a bit longer between 2 to 3 weeks on average.

My use on day 3 showed little improvements, however, I could see real improvement after roughly 11 days.

You also need to realize that using red light for fine lines also improves other facial and cosmetic features of your face; finer skin, pores, wrinkles and so much more.

    I hope that was helpful.

I have used red light and I can say confidently that it works.

Don’t expect a pixel dust performance though. It takes time due to many factors and skin types, but it does work.
