Regarding about the topic, I’ve been hearing this a lot on other forums that this is really good on treating thyroid.
I’m also using rubylux and I got my result on the 4th weeks. But, if you use this before bed you can get the benefit of this as fast as possible.

Well, if you use your therapy in a wrong way then that is totally wrong. Like using the light directly to your eyes.
