You may be wondering how then eyesight may improve, yeah? These are some useful clinical research that are quite definitive on how this happens.

Do let me know if you need further info on this.
Anna KParticipantThat’s something to ponder! Altho, I have read tons when it comes to red light or near infared light therapy helping with immunity boosting. It may not cure coronavirus but it will help with strengthening the immune system.

skin loverParticipantMine has lasted pretty well. 11 months and counting. I am considering getting more next month as I am planning to lace my rooms with red light therapy units and my bathroom also…

November 15, 2019 at 3:49 pm in reply to: I am setting up a sauna for my family, I've got a couple of questions, please.. #456grace peachParticipantHey Skin Lover,
How is your custom sauna building going? Has it been completed yet?
In the course of my experience, I did notice the ruby lux NIR bulbs are one of the best out there. When compared to far-infrared saunas, a rubylux near infraed powered sauna has super low EMF emissions.
You might want to hook up an EMF testing kit in your sauna just to check for yourself.
grace peachParticipantThe rubylux near-infrared bulbs emit near-infrared light and red light and it doesn’t emit any UVB – UVA radiation.
I use a NIR blocking eye protection shades. They work!
