MissOiParticipant
What is this for? I cannot seem to comprehend the purpose of this article?
MissOiParticipantGood day ladies. Thank you for this post. I would like to ask if this will work with baldness to? as per the research Miss Nikki posted, they shaved the heads of the subjects. I want to know if there is a research basing it with already bald head?
catherineParticipantHi miss littlered! If you think you are already getting good result after using blue light, I think you should stick with it only if you are satisfied with the results it is giving you. However, if we will to compare the two lights.
Blue lights prevents and kills bacteria that causes acne. On the other hand, red light penetrates deeper into the skin helping with healing. So it is up to you what results you are needed.
catherineParticipantDo you think regular sunglasses will do?
catherineParticipantyayanyayan, based on your experience you are getting prime results but as far as some studies; green lights are better when it comes to headaches and migraines. If you are asking for a study or a research to back it all up. You can check this out.
September 23, 2020 at 7:33 pm in reply to: Do you have a time of the day when you use your infared light? #651catherineParticipantI use mine whenever I got free time. And mostly when I am soaking in the tub. That’s the time that I am relaxing the most. Normally during night time before meal. But as what they said. There is no schedule for you to do it. Whatever suits your schedule well, you can work on that.
littleredParticipantAre those better than blue light?
littleredParticipantI am using blue light. Do you think I should switch to red light now because of its benefits? I am not expecting it to miraculously heal all my acne at once because blue light therapy has been great as well. Or should I ask an expert too?
NIKKIGALParticipantMariedith, I suggest before you put in your other skin care essentials start with the red light therapy as some says that you should avoid some products with red light exposures as it may cause burns, especially moisturizers.
September 23, 2020 at 5:43 pm in reply to: Is infrared light good for my kid who is very sport active? #646NIKKIGALParticipantMarianne, I don’t they are still active in this forum. Might as well try it if I were you. I mean there are no claims that red light has been dangerous to our health and we are also using it and some doctors are too in their clinics. That’s just my opinion though. Let’s try and do some research I will keep you posted if I ever bump into an article that can help you with this.
NIKKIGALParticipantI think it’s supposed to be posted on a different forum and mistakenly posted here. Though, it’s kind of hard to understand.
yayanyayanParticipantIs it clinically proven?
September 23, 2020 at 4:32 pm in reply to: Is infrared light therapy only good for my body? or can I use for my pet? #643yayanyayanParticipantOh wow. I never knew pets can also benefit from red lights. I agree with you mommyheart as they are sensitive to some lights it never occur to me that they can also use it. Thank you for these tips lovelies.
yayanyayanParticipanthello mommyheart, i love your name by the way.
NIR light said to be more effective when penetrating deeper to the skin if you want to heal some old scars. It usually takes a lot of session before you see visible results.
kimmy123ParticipantI guess that what most health practitioners all over the world is telling everybody to build a stronger immunity so if in any case the virus hits them it won’t affect them that much unlike those who have weaker immune system. And as per the comments above me, I agree. Indirectly, it helps reduce the infection in our bodies.
