    Hi Marianne,

I just started using red light theraphy for a month and a couple of weeks in. And I cannot say that I am an expert already. I am just finding out the beautiful effect it has on my hair and skin. I hope it will be beneficial for you too. I would recommend you to exfoliate after every use for optimal results if you are using it as a skin care regime just like me.

    Hi Grace peach,

I am using it the same as nikki and mariedith. For skin care but as I browse I get to see a lot of use for the red light therapy that I am doing. I am so happy that I got into it. I never thought it will benefit me so much other than lightening my scars.

Hi. Can you recommend a good red light sauna equipment for me? I am thinking to just install a regular red light bulb but I guess that won’t be a very bright idea.

Hi. I searched online and found out that the most optimal time of using red light therapy is during morning or evening around the time of sunrise and sunset. Cause it kind of mimic’s the sun’s natural red and NIR light.

I use it with a companion, my pet, and normally I use it when it’s time for relaxing. It helps me calm down and have a nap. after the said nap, I will wake up happily as it increase my energy.

Same here, due to the pandemic a lot of things got messed up for me too. But luckily I have more time to take care of myself at home.

Oh I see, I guess I have to replace my kids’ light bulbs for nighttime to red bulbs for them to be well rested and have enough sleep, specially these days they are always in front of the computer because classes are all done virtually. Thank you for suggesting it to me Rosiee! I will get back here to let you know if my kids sleep will get better and they’ll feel more energized.

    Hi Anna K,

I have acne scars too but not on my back though, I had a lot on my face. And I can say that red light therapy really helps. Just make sure when you are going to use red light you will remove your make up and moisturizers. I hope this helps.

    Hi Grace,

thank you for sharing that. I will make sure to let my Auntie know about this she is trying to get rid of her cellulites. I am sure she will be happy that red light can help her with that too as I was always recommending red light therapy for her.

    Grace,

same as mariedith. I am using it initially as a part of skin care but as time goes by it helped me with my scars in my body too and helps me relax and sleep well. I read that red light also reduces hair loss and is beneficial for pets too. I never thought buying this red light has a lot of benefits.
