NIKKIGALParticipant
@misspurple red light can also help with alopecia. It does minimize hair loss and scalp irritation.
NIKKIGALParticipantThanks @Kathleenleen001 I really like reading articles about RLT because it helps me understand so much more about its benefits.
NIKKIGALParticipantI am sorry I am kind of lost. Are we talking about an LED red/blue bulb light or the face mask that is intended for the face?
NIKKIGALParticipantHello MomOfGrace, I will share mine as I think it works best for me. Just a disclaimer tho, everybody has diff skin type and reaction so please if you will follow these steps follow it with caution.
20 minutes before using the RLT mask on my face, I am washing my face with some exfoliator and I will put green tea toner, if not, or serum. then use the RLT mask for 20 mins. afterwards, I am applying moisturizer.
NIKKIGALParticipantOzuna, you really need to use it daily or as part of your daily routine. And in no time you will see results.

NIKKIGALParticipantAnd of course you do not just rely on RLT when it comes to boosting your immune system. I would still suggest for you to have a healthy lifestyle and watch what you eat if you are already old.
NIKKIGALParticipantThanks for sharing Ms. Kate. it is indeed a good read. Do you happen to know how I can post pictures of my old and recent pics?
NIKKIGALParticipantMariedith, I suggest before you put in your other skin care essentials start with the red light therapy as some says that you should avoid some products with red light exposures as it may cause burns, especially moisturizers.
September 23, 2020 at 5:43 pm in reply to: Is infrared light good for my kid who is very sport active? #646NIKKIGALParticipantMarianne, I don’t they are still active in this forum. Might as well try it if I were you. I mean there are no claims that red light has been dangerous to our health and we are also using it and some doctors are too in their clinics. That’s just my opinion though. Let’s try and do some research I will keep you posted if I ever bump into an article that can help you with this.
NIKKIGALParticipantI think it’s supposed to be posted on a different forum and mistakenly posted here. Though, it’s kind of hard to understand.
NIKKIGALParticipantWill there be any side effect if I use both lights to treat some acne marks too?
NIKKIGALParticipantHello Marianne and evelynjane.
If you are interested you can check out this article. It a great read!
NIKKIGALParticipantI am using RubyLux’s K.S. Choi Corp Infrared Heat Lamp. It does have a 6 months warranty that’s why I bought this one. I am glad to hear that the bulbs there are durable too.
NIKKIGALParticipantWow Grace, you sure know how to do research. These articles are amazing. I know red light has a lot of benefits but I never knew that it has a vast amount of solution for almost everything. Thanks for these info.
