oh wow. is there a supposed additional treatment when I use RLT for hair loss or I can just use it on its own?
masterpopoParticipantThis thread is a good read. Especially it is very timely. I am an old man now and thinking about the virus, I can’t help but be worried. Now, I am not that worried anymore since I have been using red light regularly. However, still needs to be careful
masterpopoParticipant@CoryBabe that’s great to hear that even us man are using this therapy too. My kids sometimes call our room now “Red Room” because our red light is always on every morning and during the night as well.
@Carol Smith, that’s great too! I believe everyone should benefit from this therapy.

masterpopoParticipant@MamaGee by regular bulb, you mean LED red light?
masterpopoParticipant@MamaGee I guess it depends on what results are you up to? You see LED red light and infrared light have a very little difference but are very effective if you use them properly and for the right manner.
masterpopoParticipantIt sure does works for me. I am using it to soothe my muscle and joints. I usually have tired muscles and joints after my morning jog but now, I can do my morning errands without a a sore joints or muscles. before or sometimes after I jog is when I usually use it.
masterpopoParticipant@ReyLight what’s the bad outcome? I am a 40+ y.o man and would like to know the potential risk. Is it maybe because of age or lifestyle?
masterpopoParticipantResearchers found that red light therapy applied directly to patients’ heads demonstrated antidepressant properties in patients with major depressive disorder. Safe and easy to use. Natural light treatments were well tolerated by patients, with no serious side effects or negative reactions.
@Renee Functional near-infrared spectroscopy/therapy for schizophrenia has been progressing rapidly in the field of psychiatry, as it provides several advantages, such as small size, portability, silent functioning, and the achievement of easy and non-invasive measurements. A part of these results was approved in 2009 as one of the Advanced Medical Technologies as an aid for the differential diagnosis of depressive symptoms, which was the first such approval in the field of psychiatry in Japan.masterpopoParticipantOh wow. I have highblood pressure too! and after seeing this, I guess that explains why I am no longer feeling pain on my nape after going for a nice jog.
masterpopoParticipantWhen I first used RLT I never really thought about how it will affect me differently. I only use it as a relief for some muscle pain that I am using since my friends recommend me to use this therapy. I just now know that it helps with other things too.
October 5, 2020 at 4:46 pm in reply to: Is infrared light good for my kid who is very sport active? #828masterpopoParticipantHello girls, I am a 42 years old man and I am using RLT to ease muscle pains and it is doing it’s job nicely. I do not do workouts or exercise but I normally jog every morning for about 50mins to 1hr and ever since I used RLT I get to complete my daily task after I jog unlike before. So, I guess it is safe to say that, yes! RLT will help your kids especially they are physically active.
