this is what I think I am experiencing too! I am in a great mood every morning because of sleeping with RLT for 10-20 minutes.

I am personally only been just using it to ease my muscle pain, but after reading the comments and recommendations from this forum I am now using it and see where it will go. So I think it is also a trial and error thing and how dedicated are you to do this thing to achieve the results you want to see.

I’ve been trying this for a couple of days now. I do not think it will work with what I have. I think I might need something more designed for this kind of treatment. Though I am not saying it is not effective it’s just been days..

I am not sure why do you need to convince all of your dad to using it. As far as I know and checking the internet I see that mostly RLT users are men. Just show them some videos in youtube of a man or an old man using it daily, I am sure that’s enough to convince someone like me. Though mine was recommended.

Thank u so much for those articles. as I read, meaning i do not need any additional product to help with my hair loss. Just some daily sessions that will last for a few months. I can do that.

@SuzyLou i see. so if i were to avoid heating it up, i should not use infrared red lights. I should probably use led red lights. thank you very much for your input.

That’s great to hear. That’s the only exercise I can do now because I am already old and it is very comforting and makes me feel like I am doing something great for myself that is why RLT really help me continue jogging because I almost quit doing it because of the muscle pains.
