I did use it before going to sleep but instead of going to sleep, I got more energy lol. So I only use it every morning.

@leslesterer Yes, But I would suggest to start with the kids afew minutes lesser than adult.

@masterpopo my husband also uses my red light lamp sometimes to help relieve his muscle pain after work.
