Hi, as I’ve posted on the other thread I want to try this blue light for my skin treatment but I’m not sure what kind of blue bulb should I buy.
I want to try this blue light because of the benefits to treat some skin problems. Do you have a specific bulb for this?
I’ve been using this therapy for 3 weeks now and I can see the improvements on my immune system every time I woke up I’m so full of energy unlike before I’m always tired.
I’m just new to this therapy and I’ve been using it for 3 weeks now. I’m also curious if this can also cure this kind of virus?

Hi, I’m finally using this red light therapy for 3 weeks now and I’m enjoying the results specially on my mood and my sleep. I’ll continue on using this.

Hi, So I did posted an inquiry a month ago about the possible cause of skin allergies of using red light, and found out from other thread that it won’t happen. You just need to use the blue light therapy to treat some skin problems.
I just read that the best time on using this is before bed time so you can relax your whole body.
I went to the other thread and still finding an answer about using a regular bulb or infrared bulb. Anyone have any idea about this?
I also have the same question if it’s really necessary to use a regular bulb or infrared bulb?

I’m planning to buy this red light therapy but I’m curious if anyone of you had some side effects on using this? I heard that you may have some skin allergies from this. is that true?
