Oh nice! you guys are also using rubylux? it’s amazing right? haha I really prefer this because it’s working for me perfectly fine.
As long as you’re using the therapy correctly you won’t get any bad results. I’ve been using red light for anti-aging and blue for skin treatments. So far I don’t see any negative effects.
@lyszamoretime hahaha your mom is getting younger because of this therapy right?November 3, 2020 at 4:07 pm in reply to: Do you have a time of the day when you use your infared light? #1238
@Marianne – “when I dream I do not remember if I did dream or not” I’ve been experiencing this before haha it feels like my eyes are just close but I don’t remember if I’m really sleeping or having a dream. But, when I started using the therapy I can have a very good night sleep and I can remember some of my dreams haha.November 3, 2020 at 3:57 pm in reply to: Does Rubylux near-infrared bulb emit UV radiation.. #1236
I also agree with this, I’m also using this rubylux for a very long time and it’s working really great. So far I’m not seeing any bad effects on it.
Hmm, I don’t think this therapy can cure coronavirus but it can boost your immune system and some benefits from daily use.
I think it’s more recommended not to use it around your belly if you’re pregnant. But, you may also use it on your face for acne treatments? Much better to consult to your doctor before using this therapy just to be safe.
Hi @DefianceLulu – This is a really good idea! I also want to try making a DIY but maybe I’ll be waiting for your feedback haha
@misspurple – Maybe I can suggest you the blue light therapy since my mom really love using it for skin treatments. Also, if your mom is experiencing some sleep problem, red light therapy is the best to recommend.
