    more high-quality head-to-head comparison studies should be conducted in order to figure out whether there are significant differences between the dose response or physiological effects of LED photobiomodulation and laser photobiomodulation, and whether LED-based treatments could be carried out based on the treatment parameters adopted from laser-based studies.

    @Kathleenleen001 – that’s from rubylux, you can go ahead and browse their bulbs and you will see that. There’s also a bigger LED bulb than that.

    I agree with using sunblock as an extra protection not just from the sun but the rays the RLT emits.

    @CoryBabe We are actually the same hehe. But sometimes when I am already tired, I am using it too before going to sleep. You should try it too, it helps relax’ the muscles.

    I do not have depression though I have problems with my immune system hence using RLT. But I see the effects you are all having is happening to me too. Before RLT i tend to be always tired and feel down because of it. Now I feel energized and happy. My sleeping patterns are not disturbed too.

    It’s been so many months since I have been using RLT. I am now using my lamp daily and it’s the best decision ever. I am no longer get tired easily.

    I am using it to boost my immune system. I have a weak immune system. RLT and NIR therapy really helps with my immune system. I do not know exactly how as I cannot go to the hospitals to do so, that is why I bought one for me at home and eversince, I’ve been feeling better

    I have problems with my immune system so I am using it as long as I can. I sometimes stay under the light for 40 minutes. some time once to thrice a day too. It depends on my need.

    My husband doesn’t like to use RLT. Can you give me some advice how can I convince him on using RLT? I want him to benefit from it too..

    This is exactly why I am using RLT, I need to boost my immune system because I have a weak one. And it is working quite wonders on me..
