As for me, I’m using blue light for my skin. I sometimes using redlight but I’m more comfortable with blue.
I also agree with that. I think it’s too risky to mix something that you’re not familiar with.
I’m also new to this green light. I should check that.November 16, 2020 at 8:48 pm in reply to: What is the recommended eye protection or eyewear ? #1725November 16, 2020 at 8:37 pm in reply to: Is infrared light therapy only good for my body? or can I use for my pet? #1724

It actually works. Specially if you have some acne or skin problem. You can see the improvements after a few weeks of using it.October 26, 2020 at 4:53 pm in reply to: How can RLT improve eyesight when eyes are to be covered #1083
It is not required that you wear eye protection, it’s just that the light is very bright that is uncomfortable with our eyes. But, it’s best to try what’s best for you.
Just a question, anyone of you experience some effects on your mood after using this therapy?
I also agree with Mark, red light helps me sleep better than before. It feels like I can’t sleep without doing the therapy.
