Here’s a study that you can use to see if it is effective but as per is, Yes! it can reduce your fat. Read there how they tested it.
November 20, 2020 at 12:37 pm in reply to: How can RLT improve eyesight when eyes are to be covered #1903skinnygirlParticipantI have never heard of this protecting goggles before. I will go and see if I should wear it or not as I am not usually using protection when doing RLT 🙁
skinnygirlParticipantI am just here to follow the post. I only have the bulb not the LED one. But am thinking of buying one.
skinnygirlParticipantHow much do you think a sauna unit will cost? and do you think a DIY sauna unit will be durable?
skinnygirlParticipantAs for me it is durable as I am using it as a night lamp and been removing and putting it back on for a couple of months already from and to the lamp. I know it is not a good practice but I do not have the designated lamp for the red light bulb yet.
skinnygirlParticipantThank you all for the advice and recommendation. I will go ahead and try to do things first for a few weeks and will update you guys on what works great on my skin. 🙂 And I do hope it will be good for you too.
skinnygirlParticipantSo far, I have not encountered any bad side effects on using RLT daily. it’s been a few months now. A lot have improve not just to my mood but also physically.I am still trying to search and search to see if some benefits will/can be applied to me. I hope it does to you all too.
skinnygirlParticipant@DemonSlayer yes. a lot of men use this treatment. even in other social media platforms, men promote RLT and NIR
skinnygirlParticipant@bigmomma same question I got it posted. asking for skin care essentials.
skinnygirlParticipantAnd also it will depends on how long you will use the RLT or NIR
skinnygirlParticipant@marklesterer01 nice input. I like that. This is what I will use to convince my dad to try it out too. If it still does not work, he’ll have to deal with holidays with red light gifts. heehee
skinnygirlParticipantI agree with @Ozuna I read on a study (I forgot where i found it) that RLT helps repairing skin cells that are damage by UV rays and other harmful heat our skin absorbs.
skinnygirlParticipantYeah, I think we should just continue commenting here so others can see it above the thread? or no?
skinnygirlParticipantMaybe your neighbor, Renee, is not following the simple steps or precautions when using red light. I am not the one to judge since before I know the steps, I have been using it wrong for days. Lol
skinnygirlParticipantThanks for this introduction about RLT. Is there a way we can pin it above because some members might have missed this thread.
