If you are seeking more health benefits, then a near-infrared installation using NIR-A bulbs is worth every penny.

I’ve been using rubylux near infrared bulbs for my family for about 3 weeks now. I can vouch for their effectiveness and awesomeness.
Red light is great, but near-infrared has a deeper range of penetration. Wear eye protection.
Do keep me updated with the progress of your sauna.

I only started using nir light therapy 15 days back, but I have tons of friends who have been using it for many years already.

It will work for you.
I have used rubylux nir bulbs on a three lamp hold stand for 2 weeks now and I am glad I chose to put my faith in light therapy. However, you do have to take care of yourself and work on your stress level too.Interestingly, I found myself to be more psychologically stable after I started using this therapy. And viola, other people mentioned that light therapy helps them with their stress level.
