Hi, as I’ve read this thread I saw this guide that might help you out. Complete guide for Red Light Therapy
reginthehouseParticipantLike what I’ve posted on the other thread, I also recommend using the RubyLux.
reginthehouseParticipantYeah, DefianceLulu is correct, I’m also using RubyLux for a couple of months now and it really works for me.
reginthehouseParticipantI’m planning to make a DIY sauna after seeing this thread.
DemonSlayerParticipant@Sunny Thanks for that I will read that some time even if I do not have allergies, might come in handy if I will recommend it to some friend of mine who have allergies too.
DemonSlayerParticipantOhhh wowww !! This is interesting. I am only using this for muscle and skin pigmentation. Now I am seeing that it can increase my Tlevels? Isn’t that nice? @SuzyLou I will go and read that article ma’am. thanks!
DemonSlayerParticipantInfrared Light produces heat and is invisible to the naked eyes. while red light is visible and penetrates deeper into the skin tissues. @MamaGee
DemonSlayerParticipantI am new too. I am mostly using it for muscle pain. I will try to use it for skin pigmentation because I am sensitive to some creams in the market.
DemonSlayerParticipantDo you think this will work for men too? Do you need to use any more products other than the red lamp?
masterpopoParticipantThat’s great to hear. That’s the only exercise I can do now because I am already old and it is very comforting and makes me feel like I am doing something great for myself that is why RLT really help me continue jogging because I almost quit doing it because of the muscle pains.
masterpopoParticipantI just used rubylux for about a month going two. I guess it is still good as new.
masterpopoParticipantWhat are you using IRL or RLT? Is both helping with high blood pressure?
masterpopoParticipantoh wow. is there a supposed additional treatment when I use RLT for hair loss or I can just use it on its own?
NIKKIGALParticipantThanks @Kathleenleen001 I really like reading articles about RLT because it helps me understand so much more about its benefits.
NIKKIGALParticipantI am sorry I am kind of lost. Are we talking about an LED red/blue bulb light or the face mask that is intended for the face?
