@DefianceLulu and they are not open as of now as far as I know. So I guess having your own is very practical and useful. Your family can also enjoy it, not just you on a spa day.
OzunaParticipantAnd also, it is not a good idea to rely with just the RLT because we all know even acne scars and muscle pain needs a lot of session and daily use before we see great results.
OzunaParticipantCutiePie, yeah. I am following the 6inches distance from the lamp to my body and I am also avoiding putting moisturizer on my body and face before i do RLT.
OzunaParticipantHmm. using a regular sunglasses might or might not work for protecting your eyes. So I guess if you think it is helping you as much as the goggles will, it’s fine.
OzunaParticipantHi. What is RubyLux? Can anyone tell me? Thanks!
OzunaParticipantHi ladies (and gentlemen if any)
I was recommended to use light therapy as a remedy for my wrinkles. And reading your comments made me wonder, because I am 33 years old and have a lot of wrinkles. Do you think I would need to use it a little longer?
OzunaParticipantHello, I am also suffering from winkles and was advised to use these red light as a part of skin care. Do you think I need to use other products like creams, serums and facial scrub or I can just use the lights alone?
